About the owner, Brooke

Nearly 2 decades ago I began my journey as a personal trainer while I was training to run my first marathon. Studying so much to prepare for this 26.2 mile run, I was encouraged to become a fitness trainer to help others with their goals as well. I quickly became aware that corrective exercise was my area of interest. After becoming a NASM certified Personal Trainer, I acquired my NASM Corrective Exercise certification as well. My passion for the restaurant industry was also calling and I spent the next several years working back and forth in both fitness and kitchens. I was able to learn a lot about nutrition while working at health food stores and health conscious kitchens. Today I am 100% focused on assisted stretching and corrective exercise, with an emphasis on trigger point therapy and the industry standard's brand massage gun to help alleviate aches and renew the body! Anybody looking for a gentle approach to complement your health and wellness goals should book Gentle Fit for scheduled visits.
